SBI Signature Size 2026: Resize to 140 × 60 Pixels, 10–20 KB

State Bank of India recruitment forms take your signature at 140 × 60 pixels (preferably) in a JPG or JPEG file of 10 to 20 KB, signed on white paper with a black ink pen by you alone. Why SBI rejects a signature

Capital letters. A signature in capital letters is not accepted.
Signed by someone else. The signature must be signed only by the applicant.
Not clear. If the signature is unclear the application may be rejected. After uploading, check that it is prominently visible; if not, edit the application and upload it again before you submit.
Black ink. The advertisement asks for a black ink pen on white paper. If you use Upload, keep the ink recoloured to black.
