IBPS Signature Size 2026: Resize to 140 × 60 Pixels, 10–20 KB

IBPS online application forms take your signature at 140 × 60 pixels (preferred) in a file of 10 to 20 KB, signed on white paper with a black ink pen. The form does not let you move to the next stage until the photograph and signature meet these specifications. Why IBPS rejects a signature

Capital letters. A signature in capital letters is not accepted.
Black ink. The guidelines ask for a black ink pen on white paper. If you use Upload, keep the ink recoloured to black.
A signature that does not match. If the signature on the attendance sheet or call letter at the exam does not match the one uploaded, the applicant is disqualified. Upload the signature you will sign on the day.
Smudged or blurred. The uploaded signature must be clearly visible. When scanning, IBPS asks for at least 200 dpi in true colour.

Can I sign in capital letters for IBPS?

No. The guidelines say a signature in capital letters shall not be accepted. Sign the way you normally do.

Can I use blue ink for the IBPS signature?

The guidelines ask for a black ink pen for the signature. Blue ink is mentioned only for the left thumb impression.

What happens if my signature at the exam does not match?
