Free EDF (Export Declaration Form) Deadline API (2026)

API for invoicing tools, freelancer platforms and CA portals to compute EDF deadlines under RBI FEMA 23(R)/2026-RB: 30 days from the end of the invoice month, and 9 months (12 if invoiced or settled in rupees) to realise the payment. POST a JSON body `{ invoices: [...], rates: { USD: 88 } }` to get a month-by-month schedule for a batch.
